7. By day 2 they new us ,our routines and were extremely helpful and accomodating.

8. The check-in process was quick and seemed quite smooth - the receptionist mentioned a few features of the room, and called for a porter to help us with our bags.

9. This hotel is definitely worth the high cost (though we would love it if it was lower) because the express pass in the Universal park is amazingly helpful.

10. The staff is helpful; our only problem was that the man who checked us in was incorrect with every time he told us: the time the fitness center opened/closed, the time the breakfast opened, etc.
