6. great service i only stayed one night since it was my son's class trip so i could not enjoy it the way i wished i could but for the little time i was there i could say it was nice the room was very pretty with a garden view it was very clean you could listen to the tv from the bathroom since they had built in speaker to the bathroom the beds where super comfortible when you stay there your room key serves as a quick pass to the rides at universal and island so that is great the restaurant pricey but great italiam food the parking 15 for self parking not bad i loved it but i didnt enjoy it the way i wished i could of i recommend it.
