1. The people who say this is the best hotel ever may have been lucky enough to have a better part of the hotel, and encountered people who actually liked their job.

2. There was no view and we were on the second floor, if I would have known club level was this I would have requested a higher level room, with a better view.

3. If you don't mind walking, the east wing is ok but if walking is a problem, the west wing or villa rooms will be better as they are closer to the lobby and club room.

8. Yes, I've stayed in fancier rooms and more contemporary hotels with better restaurants and more modern design but none that had me believing I was in another country while also giving me close proximity to 2 great theme parks and numerous activities.
