1. So I went on the hotels facebook page and asked for his direct email address and again no response - pretty rude I thought.

6. forced to use valet parking at $30 a night because there is no parking in area, valet parking ran into something with our vehicle and left scratches on the front passenger side fender of our vehicle which probably is why they make you sign a form saying they are in no way responsible for any damage to your vehicle.

10. Just like one of the previous reviewers, I experienced the whole bedbug phenomenon, but mine wasn't to that extreme, I found 2 alive the next day - which so happened to be the day I would check-out, so I wrote a letter to their management and have yet to receive a response.
