1. It also seems like there are just too many rooms for the existing staff levels to deal with and the computers were down all 3 times I visited the desk.

6. We had a king ground ffloor room and it was very pleasant, roomy and clean I liked the old brick walls and art work.

7. I was polite but firm that the room they gave us looked nothing like the one we reserved and they switched us into a 'Luxury King Junior Suite' that looked exactly like the Superior Double they advertise online.
