6. Oh and they also conveniently charge you a 7 dollar a day resort fee which supposedly is to cover for internet usage and phone etc ,I have a cell phone and the internet never worked correctly.

When I tried to explain to them that [----] had already spoken to them about this and that they had agreed to honor the free parking as it was advertised and that I had also called to confirm this with the reservations department at the hotel and they had assured me this was corrected and in their computer system, I was then asked to provide any receipt which showed this.
