1. For the ambassador hotel: Receptionist ladies that I saw were rude, except Angela (as far as I remember).

4. The hotel rooms and staff were good, except there was a special online (supposedly their website) that I was to get from Expedia but it was not honored.

5. This didn't really bother me except for when the smoke got so bad you could see it coming out of our a/c vent and I had to put my face under the sheets to breath any kind of clean air.
