3. The keys for hotel services were broken on the telephone (I assume the staff on the front desk do not want to be disturbed by guests calling for help) & the in-room safety box did not work so we had to keep our cases locked at all times.

8. Dirty sheets, dirty room, lamps don't work, phone missing buttons, no breakfast as advertised, ice machines don't work, very small rooms, desk help does not help but do have a hell of an attitude.
