1. They don't care how many people you have in the room and it's far enough away from the partying that you can sleep and the kiddos won't see any racy carrying on or drunkeness.

5. Who cares that it's close to Bourbon, you can ride the Trolley and get off right on Bourbon from any other hotel location.
