1. big big plus the hotel was with in walking distance of Bourbon Street, Water walk the Casino and the French Market, but far enough away not to be disturbed by constant noise, it was clean, room always smelled fresh, the carpet was slightly dingy.

8. Parking was $25 dollars a day (no one every told us about the parking), It took them 31/2 hours to bring us a toilet plunger,Several big red spots in carpet, AC broke in room in middle of vacation had to pack up everthing and move in middle of trip.
