1. When I asked the manager to honor their word and open the pool, she mumbled that it was company policy that she can not override, later called the security personal responsible for the pool, he was exteremely rude and told me he will not unlock to pool even the manager asks him).

3. I was also very disappointed that of the 3 emails I sent to the hotel (two pre-arrival with questions, one post-departure in response to the 'How'd we do?' email) only one was even acknowledged.

9. I'd also like to say that I think it's pretty obnoxious that management responds to negative reviews with the same exact response each time.

10. Advertise heated pool, but that was broken, and response ranged from 'we'll get if fixed now' to 'no, we really don't heat it, just enough to keep the frost off.
