1. The extremely friendly and accommodating staff and great location in the French Quarter are reason enough for us to return to the W on our next visit (after renovations are completed).

3. The only reason I did not rate this hotel excellent - no restaurant - which did not bother us - we were in the FRENCH QUARTER - who wants to eat at a hotel.
