6. Candles are displayed at night and removed by morning, the carpet in the elevator rotates to say, 'good morning, afternoon, and evening' according to the time of day, complimentary water was replaced in my room daily, I received a complimentary bottle of wine upon my arrival, and I actually saw someone cleaning the windowsills and even on top of the emergency exit signs.

7. I don't know if it's Southern hospitality or the training W affords them, but the entire staff - including the young drivers of the Acura available to us during our stay, Quentin and Daniel, exuded friendliness and the quintessence of good customer service.

9. The central patio is appealing but is easily taken over - whether or not that's a good thing is all about who gets there first.

10. * the bathroom sink hot water handle didn't close all the way in the 2nd room and so water leaked * the showers look sleek, but are poorly designed (impossible to turn on the shower from outside the stall w/o getting soaked) * the cordless phone was broken in our 2nd roomI am pretty laid back and never really complain given that all I mainly care about is that the hotel can provide a good night's sleep and is clean.
"Great staff, poor facilities " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/29/2012 Vote
