1. Other reviewers seem pleased with the rates they received, but I wonder if they understand that many fine rooms in the Fr Qtr were going for $89-$99/night at the same time they were paying $109-$129/night here.

2. Just a few steps from the trolley car line, the staff was wonderful, decor and history of the hotel is great, to boot, parking is minimal cost and continential breakfast is include.
