1. Located in between a Wendy's fast food joint that smells bad both inside and out, and a bar/ restaurant where unfriendly looking characters sometimes gather in the evening: 'oh my God, we're in the ghetto,' exclaimed a newly arrived guest.

2. It's a great location for catching the street car (just across the street) and a 5-7 minute ride to the Quarter but its around several fast food restaurants which leads to some less than spectacular interactions.
