4. The hotel was neat and clean, the courtyards are cute, just a very nice place to stay, and I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to New Orleans.

5. Charles is not really quiet, the lobby of the hotel is on a busy street, the rooms, however, are in the back part of the property, surrounded by trees and flower beds - all clean and very well kept.
