6. It was a good value before but new management (it's now a quality inn property) is doing a great job of taking care of small details from cleaning the interior of the elevators to making sure the ice machines are working and grooming the landscaping.

9. I went downstairs and explained the situation to Tony and he did take care of it immediately but I was left with a creepy crawly feeling knowing where there is one roach they has to be more.
