1. Maybe because im young, shes thinks i dont deserve a friendly welcome but it really bothered me that off the bat there was no friendly service when i know she has the capability.

4. On arrival we had a speedy welcoming check in given room on 4th floor the hotel was in proceeds of renovation when we were there but that didnt phase us room was lovely bathroom although a little small was fine.
