3. The staff and concierge were friendly and helpful, the hotel really well located for an easy walk to the Ryman, music bars etc, and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

4. Here are some of the reasons I liked the place:Location: In downtown, close to Honky Tonk row, the stadium and the arena for live shows and hockey gamesRoom: Large rooms with nice views of downtown ( we were on the 22nd floor)Staff: Very helpful, in pointing out things to do, places to go etc.

5. Go to Mr Tubbs shop for CDs the staff are most helpful and you are never pushed into buying anything.

6. Next to the Sheraton there is a small mini market which sells muffins and soft drinks etc also they will deliver pizzas to your room the guys arevery helpful too although did not try any pizzas so cant comment.
