1. I stayed at this location for the first time 2 weeks ago and was impressed by how happy the staff was.

3. On the first night however we did have one of our group members get sick and housekeeping was very fast to react and bring clean bed sheets to us at 1am, for that I was impressed.

4. The hotel has a beautiful lobby and I really liked the open concept in the middle of the hotel, but I was not impressed at all with this hotel as the standards of a Sheraton should be much, much higher.

5. I didn't use the fitness facilities, but talked with several folks there for the same event and they all were impressed.

6. This is one of those buildings that look impressive from the outside , but inside the grey concrete of the tower structure looks drab even with the few plants on each floor.

7. I work in a customer service industry so I can appreciate how difficult it can be to provide each guest a great experience and have to say I am very impressed with the service I received, especially in the club lounge.
