3. The staff and concierge were friendly and helpful, the hotel really well located for an easy walk to the Ryman, music bars etc, and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

4. Elevators were a wait and the Sheraton Club room were poorly stocked on night 1, and empty on night 2 Gym was nice and very clean, but first elliptical machine, controls did not work, and second machine tried squeaked badly.

10. The rooms are extremely spacious and clean and they offered a deal that if you opted out of housekeeping they would give you money toward eating in one of their restaurants.
