1. Really nice fitness centerFree delivery of toothpaste if you forget yours (which you shouldn't take for granted as other Starwood properties like the Parker Meridien in NY will try and gauge you for $10.

2. Not a big deal, except it would have been nice if the person I spoke to originally made it clear that getting a double bed room was not guaranteed--rather than making it seem like it wouldn't be an issue at all.

3. Here are some of the reasons I liked the place:Location: In downtown, close to Honky Tonk row, the stadium and the arena for live shows and hockey gamesRoom: Large rooms with nice views of downtown ( we were on the 22nd floor)Staff: Very helpful, in pointing out things to do, places to go etc.

10. So im waiting to check in and I hear the lady talk to the old couple in front of me and ask questions like 'is this your first stay with us?' and she went on to tell them of all the ammenitites the hotel has to offer.
