1. Not a big deal, except it would have been nice if the person I spoke to originally made it clear that getting a double bed room was not guaranteed--rather than making it seem like it wouldn't be an issue at all.

3. I had dinner at the Bistro twice in the hotel and the food was pretty good except the menu options were limited - there was more selection for room service.

6. As I was reading a comment by the manager that the rooms are brand new I was thinking that this might be the exception to the rule, but unfortunatly that's not the case.

8. I understand that the bellservice and valet are outsourced to another company and with the exception of one terrific vallet it showed.
