1. After having been robbed, within 30 minutes after check-in, I learned that the hotel's security cameras were only on the first 2 floors (this includes the ground/lobby floor), at the entrance of the elevators and at the entrance and exit doors of the hotel.

3. Little problem came with the shuttle to the Airport - one guy saidthat he will drive, we gave him a tip, he never came around,somebody else drove us to theAirport, but he had to stop to get some people and said to us, that we are close to Delta, butwe were not - I had to ask the airport security where is Delta and how far -well it was quite adistance to walk with the luggage.

5. it was customs made from lids we reported the incident with a manager and to a very incompetent security guard who had asked me and my son to make a written report just when we were leaving 2 days after making a verbal report and been to the office 3 times.

8. We were able to pay a small nightly fee and leave out car at the hotel in a secure lot while we were on the cruise.

9. Upon arrival at the gate, the security attendant suggested we return our rental car that evening to save us the parking charge; which we took him up on.

10. I went with my daughter and the security was less than acceptable- loud persons in the hall way drinking alcoholic beverages.
