1. The only reason it didn't get a fifth star is that there isn't anything to do around the hotel.

3. The trip to the dock was $10/pp which I figured was quite reasonable, although the small mini van was very crowded and extremely difficult for some of the older passengers to get into.

4. The only reason I did not rate it the full five is because their restaurant was short staffed (one waiter only) when we ate and I had to hunt down extra water at one point because the waiter had to chase down a large group that had skipped out on their check.

5. An hour later I recieved a call from the front desk and was told that their System Operator was being upgraded thus that was the reason why the internet was not working.

9. However the hotel has a van and they will take you for free to restaurants or clubs and pick you up for free with in a reasonable distance.

10. This is a casual Mexican/Cuban restaurant and the food was GREAT and the prices were very reasonable.
