1. The free shuttle from the airport was nice as well as the full breakfast buffet.

5. I was there for the Ultra music festival in Miami, and no one has ever giving so much help in any other hotel the way the guest agents were helping, specially Henry, really nice, helpful, made me feel right at home.

7. The in room coffee is nice, but you may want to hit the bar and get extra creamer for the morning, as you can make I believe up to 10 cups of coffee, but there is very little creamer available.
