1. Embassy Suites (nor Hilton) hotels' management took no responsibility because, according to them, it was my father who allowed the person to enter the room.

5. The staff seemed accomodating and very responsive, the building was remarkably quiet despite being at the end of the runway, and the complimentary breakfast wasn't gourmet, but it was quite satisifying.

8. I told Marcos that iI wanted a Manager to call me at first light in the morning to speak with them prior to departure and again up to 11am on May 20th 2007 no response from no one.
