Pros: beautiful atrium, extremely courteous and helpful staff, free managers reception every night with a great selection of drinks and snacks, huge apartment-like rooms with VERY big bathrooms, multiple flat screen TV's in the room, very well equipped work out room, business room with printers, faxes, and phones open 24 hours.
