1. So that being said, here's my perspective:positives- Renovated rooms are very comfortable and fresh feeling- Airport shuttle is free and convenient- Hotel is close to restaurants and storesNegatives- As a previous reviewer stated, the pool and jacuzzi were not heated as advertised.

3. Another positive is that you can check in online using free computers at the main door to the lobby and print out boarding cards for free.

If you pay $ 250 for one night you should expect at least complimentary water in the room/What did I get for $ 250+ a nice bed (at least that was positive)- poor service and after service- no complimentary water- a smelly bathroom- dirty windows- an expensive ($ 45 for 2 persons) breakfast buffet of mediocre quality- indifferent staff (reception, drivers and restaurant).

7. It all started very well, the shuttle quickly showed up at the airport, but that was ALL of what I can positively say about this hotel.

Below are the positives and the improvement areas:+) large swimming pool with ample number of lounging chairs+) flat-panel TV with several HD channels+) located close to the Miami Int'l airport and a Publix grocery store+) a well-kept exercise room that is a bit small for the size of this hotel-) failed to inform guests that the executive floor & lounge were under construction-) A/C unit was weak and could not keep our room cooler than 72F-) slow-responding engineering staff as it took the hotel 24 hours prior to fixing the TV in our room.
