1. Hilton was simply incapable of dealing with such a simple operation - despite sending several e-mails telling them we wanted to cancel the 2nd night and speaking with the national service team (who told us they couldn't help us and we had to deal only with the local hotel directly) when we arrived the hotel had no information about our intention to cancel the 2nd night.

4. Everything was pretty much new in our room, nice looking (and big) desk facing the window, comfy chair, good WiFi (and free), very courteous and helpful staff, I would definitely stay there again.
