1. Everything was pretty much new in our room, nice looking (and big) desk facing the window, comfy chair, good WiFi (and free), very courteous and helpful staff, I would definitely stay there again.

8. The hotel is literally right across the freeway from the airport, but is surprisingly pretty soundproof - I never have trouble sleeping in the comfy bed.
