1. Aside from the fact that there was not too much room between the walls and one side of each bed, the room was plenty spacious, and very comfortable.

5. Highly disappointed, and received plenty of apologies, but almost 2 hours for water??? We chanced room service later that night for a bottle of wine and dessert, and it only took them 50mins after they said it would be 35mins - an improvement at least.
