1. The service was good both times, although at breakfast, they sat me at a table for two where the other side had obviously been used and not yet cleaned.

We had some concerns after reading other reviews on difficulty in getting the shuttle bus-we had a 20 min wait-it was a little difficult standing outside trying to scan every bus in the distance to work out if it was the Hilton bus as it seems you have to hail it rather than wait at a designated stop We had a refurbished room on the 11th floor which was a good size with a view over the lake.
