1. We also left the Do Not Disturb off the door, and our room (and others on our floor) were missed by housekeeping, so we had to prompt for them by phone to come get the garbage and bring us clean towels.

3. Parking is $18/day for on-site self parking or $20/day valet, which was very prompt and I was addressed by name upon returning daily.
