4. The front desk is rude and unhelpful, Mario from DC at the front desk are you listening? Tried to get billing corrected on site for 30 minutes at the front desk, so frustrating finally gave up.

9. Neither of our two rooms were provided an adequate number of towels and when asked for more towels, the cleaning staff directed me to call the front desk instead of taking it upon themselves to correct their shortcomings.

10. Both times staff was quick to make the correction, but I had two over billings, totaling over $200 in a mere 3 days.
