With regard to the postings on this website concerning bed bugs being reported at the Memphis Marriott Downtown, we care greatly about every guest’s experience and constantly strive to improve the level of service that we offer to each and every guest that chooses us as their home-away-from-home.

7. The morning service was ok at best---seemed like the room was quickly made up, trash cans were not emptied (not that we had much trash); evening serivce was better--in fact, it seemed like that individual took care of some of the work the morning housekeeper did not, like cleaning out the trash.
