4. The room itself was nice, though the cleaning/maintenance staff needs to pay more attention to detail -we found a beer bottle cap on the floor and the shower curtain was not completely hooked on the rod.

5. My friend and I stay here for the weekend, and I was very satisfied with how attentive and polite the staff was at all times, the hotel and our room was very clean and spacious, both beds were comfy, bathroom was roomy, and it was a walk or a trolley ride away from all the action.

Pros - Location - Jump on the trolley to Beale Street or Union Ave Staff is attentive and friendly Comfortable clean bedGreat "space" in room Cons - Parking fees are outrageous - $13 for self park / $18 for Valet If you have to self park you have to park across the street, then take a small escalator up and then walk across a busy road.
