3. Its good for overnight guests and bargain minded budget travelers since this hotel's price is affordable and there are plenty 24 hour dining options within walking distance (McDonalds, Taco Bell/Pizza Hut express, AM PM is right in front of the hotel).

6. I would recommend this hotel as opposed to the other motels nearby (which i prefer not to name) and if you could afford the time and the costs there are plenty of posh hotels downtown.

The elevator goes directly down to the car park and there are plenty of spots always free by the elevators (which no other hotel in this area does, other hotels all make you walk 1/2 a mile to get in and out of the car park), and the car park entrance and exit is just next to the freeway entrance/exit, so you literally can get out of the room and on the freeway in 3 minutes.
