1. I ended up having to purchase via web on my cell phone and hope the park would accept that as 'tickets' when we arrived.

4. I continue to stay at this hotel as rates are acceptable and as a Holiday Inn Platinum member they provide a executive floor upgrade and various points bonus options.

5. I would rate this as a 3 staff hotel, rooms are acceptable and staff in the restaurant are excellent.

However, of more importance, we submitted a British Airways prepaid voucher for the one night stay, which was accepted on registration, but then, when we checked out, the cashier refused to recognise the prepaid voucher, saying it had no account with BA (highly unlikely) and insisted on charging our credit card.

7. Do not get fooled by the receptionist which will ask you during check-in if you accept the noise which we did.
