4. If you want a dank room and dirty hotel with associates who couldn't care any less about making sure you have a good experience, this is the hotel for you.

8. I have exchanged various emails with HI Customer care in the US, but they seem to have their hands tied in terms of resolving any issues, and the best they would offer me was 4000 priority club points.

10. And the worst was their attitude towards me, as they didn't care, about me, as I saw them giving them rooms to other people, while they sent me to another hotel, and in the next morning, trying to get the room, the second day, they still didn't wanted me to get the room.
