I asked if I really had to call back in 20 minutes after all I had been through and she laughed and said yes, I had to call back = UGLYWhen I finally did get some food the server (Walter) was very
professional
and apologized and said he would talk to the manager and try to get me a credit = goodNever got a credit = BadThe next day housekeeping did not service my room so I called 'service express' and was told my group must have opted into the 'green option'.
