4. The hotel was standard Sheraton expectations - clean, friendly staff, nice lobby, spacious rooms, nice mattress.

But the little things were annoying - curtains that won't close entirely, no previous channel button on the remote, elevator buttons only half working, no pool (hey, it's LA and warm), no directions to the ice machine, nice chair, but no footstool, mirror hidden behind a lamp, and the big problem - air conditioner wasn't strong enough.

6. Room was nicely designed, very good beds, big desk, TV high enough to see over your feet, good bathroom, quiet toilet, pretty fast internet (ours was comped), and lovely staff.
