3. We had a corner room and what's nice about these corner rooms is the type of view it has on a 3-D angle, but you have to be pretty high up to get a decent view.

4. If you are a tourist stay in Hollywood or Beverley Hills as I could have put up with the grubby room if there was somewhere decent to go outside, if you're on business in Downtown then I would recommend elsewhere.

7. when I told the desk staff before leaving for dinner that there was still no A/C and the room largely sucked but I had given up on trying to get something decent I was told that the front desk manager, who swore she would call me after 10 minutes to make sure the room was OK (30 minutes ago) was on a conference call and couldn't talk to me.
