5. Yes location and value are fantastic, no it's not 5* luxury, but Magic Castle won our hearts with its amazing service - ALL the staff were so pleasant and helpful they made our stay in LA :) .

10. As this is more like a small boutique hotel, most mornings you would find the manager just wandering around just making sure that everyone was happy and if there was anything else they could do to make your stay more pleasant.
