1. They were also very accommodating when I phoned to request early check-in (they put a tag on the room to have it cleaned immediately upon vacancy and it was and we were able to check in early).

2. Seemingly endless free snacks and drinks, really helpful, accommodating staff, and just a couple of easily walked blocks away from the heart of Hollywood Boulevard (Kodak Theatre, Chinese Theatre and Walk of Fame) made staying here one of the best decisions we made on our trip.
