4. We had asked for a balcony as I had heard these rooms were newly refurbished, the hotel contacted us that we could pay a $25 upcharge to hold one and we did so.

If Noise is a problem for you, then I recommend that you make a note of this when you book your room In our case, and after the first night, we kindly requested to be moved to a different part of the Hotel, and The staff was very helpful, and straight away they got us a new suite in a quiet part of the hotel, and they even asked if they could help us by moving our luggage for us.

POOL Clean and heated to a very comfortable Bathtub like degree Breakfast is included, and it is just the basics, but they keep the buffet area clean and welcoming Consider this when you decide to book a room at this hotel The Hotel is definitely charming, and I find that it is well maintained, I saw the builders quietly sneaking around with tools and new furniture so it seems like they are doing maintenance and upgrading of the Rooms in between bookings, the craftsmen are helpful and polite, and you hardly notice them sneaking around.

9. My family thought the name of the place made it sound like I'd booked some zany, dodgy, weird place but they soon saw it was welcoming, clean and comfortable and were very impressed with all the little extras like the champagne and chocolates in our room on new Year's Eve.
