1. Very attentive staff, most of front desk staff was very knowledgeable about the area and restaurant possibilities if you are looking for suggestions.

5. They are always ready to help and they are full of attentions; for exemple on new year's eve, they knocked on our door to give us a chocolate box and 2 bottles of champagne (1 with alcool and 1 without).

10. Arrived hot and thirsty from the Mojave Desert- cool cucumber water on tap in the foyer and attentive staff without being pushy- obviously centred on client happiness.
