1. The location was excellent - even my 'walk shy' children were happy to walk to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the various restaurants in the vicinity.

3. All in all we are very happy with our stay at the Magic Castle hotel and it has remained as one of our favourite during our 16 day vacation even though we stayed with bigger properties and brand names at other cities and will not hesitate to come back at all.

4. The staff were fantastic - from the security guard, to housekeeping, to the front desk - and were happy to provide directions to notable spots like the Hollywood sign (although they neglected to mention the three mile hike up the hill to get the best pictures.

5. Special mention has to go to Gretchen and Jocelyn the ladies at reception who were both just fantastic, so friendly, happy, helpful and chatty, such a pleasure to have stayed at MC.

6. The staff is always available and happy to help with suggestions on what to do, where to go and always offer to make reservations, or call a taxi, etc.
