3. I was pleased that we could self-park for free on the property, but unfortunately, parking was in a basement garage, which was smelly, dark, and seemed unsafe.

6. The staff was excellent and aimed to please from housekeeping and the front desk to engineering who stopped by my room very quickly after calling.

7. I was pleased to see a sign for 'Self Parking' on the grounds, but I was ticked to see only a few yards later another sign telling me it was $10 for 'self parking'.
