Good points - Awesome views, balcony, convenient location, friendly staff, the beds are soooooo comfortable at Crowne Plaza and that was true here, internet is free (but unsecure)Bad points - first use of toilet and it overflowed, my husband used the towels to keep it from going into the room, called for maintenance and new towels (we just arrived and all needed to shower before attending the event we were in town for).
